Terms of Service

Last updated 2 June 2026. These terms explain how Perspective Studio handles enquiries, bookings, creative work, approvals and payments.

About Perspective Studio

Perspective Studio provides digital creative services from the United Kingdom. You can contact the studio at ryan.bott@outlook.com.

Services

Services may include videography, design, websites, animation, voice over, presenter-led content, documents, campaign assets, client portal workflows and related production support. The exact scope for each project is agreed separately in writing.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when the agreed scope, timeline, price and payment terms are accepted. Project details, meeting notes, storyboards, chat messages, submitted work and approvals may be managed through the client portal.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for giving accurate project information, approvals, brand assets, access details, feedback and any permissions needed for material you provide. Delays in feedback or assets may affect delivery dates.

Payment

Invoices are issued by Perspective Studio and are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. Deposits, staged payments or final balances may be required depending on the agreed project scope. Late or unpaid invoices may delay production, delivery or release of final files.

Changes And Approvals

Customers can approve work or request changes through the portal. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a new quote or invoice.

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables are licensed or transferred according to the agreed project scope once payment has been received. Drafts, unused concepts, source files and working files remain the property of Perspective Studio unless agreed otherwise. Customer-provided materials remain the customer's responsibility.

Portfolio Use

Perspective Studio may ask to show completed work in its portfolio, website, proposals or social channels. Confidential or sensitive work will not be published without permission.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may use third-party hosting, software, stock assets, fonts, plugins, payment tools or production services. Third-party costs, licences and account terms may apply where agreed in the project scope.

Liability

Perspective Studio aims to deliver polished, reliable creative work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Perspective Studio is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party outages, customer platform issues or problems caused by inaccurate customer-provided information.

Updates

These terms may be updated as the studio grows. The version published on this page applies to website use, while a specific project agreement or invoice may include additional terms for that booking.
