Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 June 2026. This notice explains how Perspective Studio uses personal information when you enquire, book creative work or use the client portal.

Who We Are

Perspective Studio is a UK digital creative studio. For privacy questions, contact ryan.bott@outlook.com.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us through the website, email and client portal, including your name, email address, phone number, company, project brief, budget range, booking notes, storyboard submissions, chat messages, work approvals, invoice details and uploaded files.

How We Use Information

We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, manage bookings, deliver creative work, provide the client portal, send invoices, keep approval records, handle support requests, secure the service and meet record-keeping obligations.

Lawful Basis

We usually process enquiry and booking information because it is needed to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform a contract. We may also process limited records for legal obligations, security and legitimate business interests such as managing customer relationships and improving the service.

Storage And Security

Records are held in the website backend and in trusted service providers used to host, store, email, invoice and deliver projects. We use access controls, HTTPS, secure admin authentication and backups where available. No online service can be guaranteed risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to protect customer information.

Sharing

We only share information where needed to run the studio and deliver the work, such as hosting providers, email services, payment or accounting tools, production collaborators and professional advisers. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to respond, deliver the work, resolve queries, maintain approval history and meet accounting or legal requirements. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information that is no longer needed, restriction of processing or an objection to certain uses. These rights are not always absolute, but we will respond to requests as required by UK data protection law.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
